BRIDGE | MT GROUP

About us

BRIDGE is the division of MT GROUP dedicated to designing artificial intelligence solutions for companies. From its office at Via dei Cotamari, 3 - 73020 Cutrofiano (LE), it supports Italian and European companies in turning real processes into tailor-made digital platforms, from the first demo to training and ongoing maintenance.

Our promise

To make artificial intelligence useful, understandable and genuinely usable in the daily work of the company.

How we work

Demo before decisions

You see the environment working with simulated data before committing to a project.

Real processes, not generic features

We start from the work being done today, from the steps and the concrete constraints.

Control stays with people

Approvals, roles and permissions stay in the company. The platform suggests, people decide.

Continuity after delivery

Training, maintenance and evolution are part of the path, not an add-on.

Team

Team profiles are published once the content is approved. Incomplete profiles stay hidden.

Technologies

BRIDGE selects and combines the technologies best suited to the project requirements. The elements relevant to ownership, security, integrations and maintenance are documented in the technical proposal.

Frequently asked questions

What's the difference between a tailor-made platform and standard software?
Standard software offers predefined features that the company adapts to. A tailor-made platform starts from the existing process, the roles and the constraints of the company and is built around them. The choice depends on how specific the process is and how much adapting to the tool costs today.
Do we need to replace our business system?
In most cases, no. The platform can integrate with existing systems and cover the parts of the process handled manually today. Feasibility is checked during the reconnaissance phase.
Can I see a demo before deciding?
Yes: that's the starting point of our method. The Demo Lab collects navigable environments with simulated data and, on request, we prepare a guided demo on the process you indicate.
How long does a project take?
It depends on the number of processes involved, the integrations needed and the availability of data. The estimate is defined at the end of reconnaissance and stated in the proposal, together with the scope and acceptance criteria.
How is pricing defined?
Pricing depends on the agreed scope, the integrations, the number of users and the chosen support plan. It is stated in the proposal, together with what is included and what is handled as a change request.
Is training included?
Yes. BRIDGE Academy includes onboarding by role, training an internal administrator, manuals and videos. The goal is team autonomy.
How does maintenance work?
BRIDGE Care covers routine and extraordinary maintenance according to the agreed plan, with request handling and a periodically reviewed evolution roadmap. Times and priorities are defined in the contract.
How is data protected?
We apply data minimisation, role-based access control, logging of relevant operations and configurable retention. Project-specific measures are documented in the technical proposal and in the contract.
Can BRIDGE help with funding programmes?
Where applicable we carry out a preliminary check of potentially compatible measures and support the company with qualified professionals. The check does not guarantee eligibility, approval or disbursement.
Does AI replace staff?
Our goal is to reduce manual steps and waiting time, leaving decisions and relationships to people. Approvals and control stay in the company: the platform suggests, people decide.
